Easter baking plans
Mar. 14th, 2019 09:43 pmI'm not going to indulge in the same baking orgy as at Christmas, but I want to bake at least some cookies - for us as well as for a few selected (and beloved) colleagues. So, planned are the ones beyond:
Little lambs with white chocolate icing:
Nutella bunnies:
"Boiled egg" cookies, with jam filling:
Coconut lambs:
And perhaps, but not certainly, lemon and/or orange chickens and eggs:
This is the plan, conceived on the basis that I need to use up some ingredients before they'd go bad. How much of it will become reality? We'll see, especially if the big flat renovations strikes before Easter. I hope I'll be able to bake at least some of them, and that they'll turn out prettier than on these photos that were taken when I made the cookies for the first time, each.
