The ways of fame

I've just discovered that "AnnĂºminas" has made it into "The Worst of the Worst LOTR Stories" comm on FF.Net. *g*
I'm so proud!
Of course, considering the fact that it's a Mpreg story, it's not surprising that some people would hate it on principle.

* Is FURIOUS*
I hate ff.net with a passion: the nastiness, the cliques, the insults and bitching on there, the slash haters, the canatics.
I won't read on there unless a story I like is posted nowhere else at all. It's a sewer of a site and attracts the ghastly little toads who congregate with other to snark and spork and bully. Even if my stuff was not adult, I would sooner stick pins in my eyes than post there. I feel like taking a shower even after looking.

Date: 2009-01-27 09:04 am (UTC)That list is enormous: almost 1500 stories! I glanced at the first couple of pages; most of the summaries are like, 'girl falls into Middle-earth; this is my first fic so please be nice', which makes 'Annuminas' seem an odd choice.

Interesting stuff you tell about HASA; seems it was a scary place earlier?

[Pardon the bitter sarcasm, but I grow weary of self-appointed defenders of whatever they think they're defending. The Back button is always clearly marked... Argh.]
