Finally, a quiet day!

Nobody came. I didn't have to go anywhere. I've made some good progress with the crafting. I've cooked a quick and easy meal, the rest of it will serve for lunch on Saturday (Mary Berry's Panang fried chicken, in case anyone is wondering). I even had a nap in the afternoon.

Now if only there would be one single day when I could sleep in the morning as long as I like, the world would be perfect. But we can't have anything, and I'm counting my blessings, such as they are. *g*

I have learned that perfection is unattainable, and life is happier when I accept that. A quiet, crafting day, with a nice afternoon nap sounds lovely.
