Nothing special

Had a long, mind-numbing teachers' conference today. Wrote some more "Kansas" in the breaks. Made triffle again, out of the biscuit bunny I had made for my Mum for Easter. Poor thing has become a little hard and dry, but tastes good this way.

The Edhellond crowd was busy today. Which is a good thing. The bad thing is that I haven't had the energy to archive the messages for a day and a half. *shudders* But it's all my fault, I guess. Shouldn't be such a lazy git.

Developed the basic structure for new Lindir story. Will be approximately five chapters long and called "The Fledgling Years", or something similar. Will show scenes from Lindir's youth, before he is brought to Rivendell. With lots of Radagast, Tom Bombadil, Goldberry and a visit in Thranduil's realm, I think.

Damn it, I shouldn't think of new stories while 2/3 or the old ones are still unfinished. But I can't help. I'm not the one in control here.

Have a review now for Mission to Daleth IV. Good, I'm relieved that at least someone is interested. Would be happier, of course, if I had a beta for that story, as said reviewer and a friend on the Memory Alpha list mentioned grammar mistakes. But it's hard to get a beta in these days, and the ones I've already lured into slave labour are more needed for other projects.

I hate English sometimes. Why does it have to be so difficult?

I feel like death warmed over and start writing like teenaged girls. I think I'll better shut up now.
