Home made from scratch chicken rogan josh (yogurt marinade version) for dinner. It came out rather well.
Not that I'd have turned my nose up at the mini-pizzas. ;)

Well, they are home-made, too. It took me only two hours to make them, including the time when the dough rested in a nice, toasty wrap to rise. :)

Your dinner sounds very yummy, too. Is it complicated to make?

If I'm cooking it, it's not complicated. I make my curries from scratch but tend to go for the simpler, throw it all in a pot and it'll work so long as you have the right spices recipes.

I'm all for simple solutions. Even though from time to time I do give a more complicated recipe a try. Of course, I do have the time to experiment now.
