With Hawaii topping (pineapples, ham and cheese) and tuna, respectively:

And what did you have for lunch today?

Home made from scratch chicken rogan josh (yogurt marinade version) for dinner. It came out rather well.
Not that I'd have turned my nose up at the mini-pizzas. ;)

Well, they are home-made, too. It took me only two hours to make them, including the time when the dough rested in a nice, toasty wrap to rise. :)

Your dinner sounds very yummy, too. Is it complicated to make?

If I'm cooking it, it's not complicated. I make my curries from scratch but tend to go for the simpler, throw it all in a pot and it'll work so long as you have the right spices recipes.

I'm all for simple solutions. Even though from time to time I do give a more complicated recipe a try. Of course, I do have the time to experiment now.

I don't like pineapple on pizza and I don't eat tuna ... uhm ...
At the canteen we had "Italian" chicken breast with tomato sauce and pasta. It was okay.

Half a baked chicken breast - leftover from last night, rice, and a small arugula and black olive salad with oil and vinegar dressing. Not very impressive, but quick. Your pizzas look much more appealing, nothing like homemade, eh? :o)

And they are easy, too! The dough is ridiculously simple: 250 gr plain flour, 50 gr soft margarine, 100 ml lukewarm water, 20 gr fresh yeast, 1 pinch sugar and 1 pinch salt - and that was basically it. I got 18 mini-pizzas out of it!

I mainly made them because I had some leftover yeast and canned tuna and wanted to use them up before they'd go bad. The rest was canned pineapple slices, canned tomato puree, some cheap ham and grated cheese.

Yummy doesn't have to be complicated. My pizzas certainly weren't - see my answer to [livejournal.com profile] mirasaui above!
