I also tried my hand on Fanta slices for the first time, ever. It's basically a dense chocolate sponge on the bottom, then comes a cheesecake filling, topped with jelly made from orange lemonade.

We had the first part of our 50th anniversary insanity behind us; 3 more days to go. Our 1970s-themed exhibition came out really nicely, and my retro cookies were a raging success among the colleagues.

They are just a bit time-consuming, as you have to wait between the individual phases for the sponge and the filling and the jelly to cool/chill/stock, respectively. We've just discovered how much better they are if they've rested in the fridge for a day or two.
