Back to school

wiseheart... and not particularly happy about it. It's good to see the kids again, but the school yard is still icy cold and the colleagues still love to leave all windows and doors open, so it's only a matter of time when I get ill again. *sigh*
My iPad is still at my neighbour. I think I'll phone him tomorrow to ask if he can do anything about it at all. I miss the little gizmo more than I thought I would. Quick and easy access to one's mail and to the Internet is something you can get used to and miss terribly when it isn't available. *double sigh*
OTOH, I made a bit of headway with "The Immunity Syndrome", my canon TNG story, so the day wasn't entirely wasted. One has to count one's small blessings.
