This transcript (and the previous ones) most likely has a lot of mistakes. I tried to interpret wherever the actors were mumbling, but let’s face it, I’m not a native speaker, and the automatically generated subtitles on YouTube are more a hindrance than any help. Sometimes I even had a hard time to figure out who was speaking!

So, if anyone finds really stupid mistakes, please tell me, so that I can correct them.

Becker: (examining black box) It’s a big for a tracker, isn’t it?
Jess: They also collect data from the anomalies and are part of the new comm system. With these on, I can monitor and record everything you say well out in the field.
Becker: (nods, clearly impressed)
Matt: (looks uncomfortable, probably calculating the risk of his secret phone calls to Gideon) Is that necessary?
Becker: Yeah, of course. If anyone gets into trouble, everyone will know about it immediately.
Matt: Are these only on during an alert?
Jess: Philip and Lester want them on all the time, just in case.
Matt: Right. (is not happy)
Jess: The range of them is amazing, but unfortunately, they will stop feeding back if you go through an anomaly.
Becker: Well, how is that even an issue? Policy strychnine goes through not for any reasons. (or that’s what the subtitles say; personally, I think it doesn’t make sense, but can’t understand what he really says)
Becker: Look, everyone has been briefed. Everyone knows the rules. I’m gonna hand these off. (leaves)
Jess: I wasn’t suggesting anyone should go through!
Matt: He knows. He’ll calm down. (winks at her)

Jess: (catches up with Becker) Hey, look, I’m so sorry about earlier. It literally took me twenty minutes to extract my foot from my mouth. Matt had helped and everything…
Becker: Forget it. I completely overreacted. (puts hands in trouser pockets – have I mentioned already that he’s turned into a weepy emo for Season4?) I’m sorry. Look, I know you’ve been asking about the old team. That’s okay. You can even ask me anything you like. I’m not gonna bite your head off.
Jess: Ummm… I know it’s probably classified and everything, but there’s something that I don’t understand. (Becker has taken her to an empty room, so that they can talk undisturbed) I thought Danny and the others followed Helen Cutter to the future. (Becker nods) All my life I had people talking about the past, about early humans…
Becker: When… when the others didn’t return, Sarah deciphered something in Helen Cutters diary. Site 333… the Rift Valley, it’s where the human ancestors evolved. Sarah was always certain that Helen Cutter was gonna try and find her way back there somehow.
Jess: Why?
Becker: To murder them. To wipe out the human race before it had even started.
Jess: (shocked) That woman was seriously messed up. But – but she failed, right? I’m still here.
Becker: Yeah. It seems like it.
Jess: Your friends figured out. They stopped her.

Matt: (running and talking on the phone at the same time) Yeah, yeah, me… hang on! (stops, disables black box) Sorry, Mr Colt (???), an Iguanodon in a beauty school
Gideon: Sounds messy.
Matt: Best one I’ve had in a long time. The team are fantastic.
Gideon: Good news (???).
Matt: Banker’s (???) a pain in the proverbial, you (would be???) scared of what he does. (silence on the other end of the connection) What’s wrong?
Gideon: Matthew, these people will become your friends. It’s only natural.
Matt: Gideon, I’ve been working for this for then years. I’m not gonna get too close. I’m not gonna take any chances.
Gideon: Forgive me; it’s only that sometimes I think this is impossible. Sometimes I think we’re gonna fail.
Matt: We won’t.
Gideon: (slightly hysterical) But we’re running out of time! (hangs up)
Matt: (hangs up, too, with the usual grim face)

So, this was the last part. Some nice missed inside info from Becker, some tantalizing hints from Matt in the "red herring" department.
