Oh, I quite agree. At first sight, it may seem that Jack's only servicing Mycroft, but I have the feeling that there's more behind his actions... I'm just not sure what.
Since I don't want to climb onto the Janto bandwaggon with "Iceman" again, but I wanted Jack to be part of this 'verse, I think it was almost inevitable that he'd end up with Mycroft. He used to have a thing for the Doctor, after all, which means that he's attracted to powerful men; OTOH, he's sexually versatile like nobody else, so if anyone can make Mycroft submit, it would be him.
At the same time Mycroft is his boss, of course, and very much holds his life in his hands, so this is some sort of reverse situation to Janto. I'm not sure where to go with it, but fortunately, the characters usually decide for themselves. *g*
