Danaerys is a stupid Mary Sue - and a particularly badly-written one at that. The idea alone that she would find her place in Dothraki culture so quickly and without problems is ridiculous. I always thought that even LothÃriel would have her difficulties to adjust to a life in Rohan, and the Rohirrim were *not* barbarians.
Danaerys should have married her idiot brother. They deserved each other, and after 300 years of inbreeding, the kids of two such stupid individulas wouldn't be able to cause problems to anyone. The actress isn't much help, either. All she does is looking out of her skull with a stupid, expressionless face. Just like Eve Myles in Torchwood, actually.
