UK, but I don't have pay tv - a lot of the shows get shown quickly on the various pay channels but only slowly filter through to free to air (except anything that is partialy funded or makes special deals with the bbc). I usually end up 1-2 years behind on US shows, but more than that on some eg the first season of Castle showed here and I believe the s4 is showing in the US.
I end up watching a lot of it, due to being underemployed (rather complicated situation) and disabled so not having the money or energy to be out of the house much (and my bf like having tv or similar on in the background)
