Thanks. I wanted something different than the ever-repetitive adversaries of the Whoniverse. I admit to have been influenced by jen_rock's Thirteen Species while making up my aliens, even though mine ended up different. There are similarities, but the end result is something else entirely. As for the names, I simply clicked on the Exotic Name Generator and picked out the ones that sounded best.

Jenny has been on her lonely crusade for about six years or so when she meets the Torchwood gang. (Crash-lands in Andy's back yard, in fact.)
