New comm

Hereby I announce the birth of gaheris_lives, a new community that artemis10002000 are planning to use as a place where crack!RPG and/or crack!Round Robin set in an alternate Andromeda universe can take place. We've taken upon ourselves the heavy burden to play/write Tyr Anasazi and Gaheris Rhade, respectively, so it will be a Nietzschean-heavy thing, no aspect of which ought to be taken seriously.

We're looking for other participants at the moment, as well as for suggestions about the entire stuff. If you want to have part in some absolute, disrespectful silliness, hop over and join. :)

So, um, I don't know what "crack!" means in this context. Knowing you, I'm pretty sure it does not involve either a cheap, potent and environmentally hazardous form of a popular drug (crack cocaine) or the equipment for turning crude oil into various products (catalytic cracker or "cat cracker"). So, um, what does it mean?

Crack!fick means, as artemis10002000 so eloquently put, "purple prose, transparent plot devices, over-the-top characterisation, the whole deal!" I for my part would add gratutious sex and overblown heroics to the list. *g*

Check out the My Invites option under Communities on the main menu bar - I've sent you an invitation to gaheris_lives. All you have to do is to accept - that would enable you to read eventual locked post in the future, comment the entries... or join as an actual player/writer, whichever is your delight. If you only come to laugh your head off, it will be perfectly fine with us.

Um, I can't figure out what to do to find the "My Invites". However, I did change settings I'd never paid attention to so that, if you re-send the invitation, I should be able to access it via the e-mail account I use for LJ and such. And from there, maybe I can work out how to do what you've instructed. Sorry to be such a kludge...
