Thanks, I have. My faulty memory had something to do with the vanishing act, it seems. When I finally found the friging things (naturally, in a place where I'd look last), it turned out that they are actually three smaller-sized books inside of two huge ones.

So much for senility. But at least I have them back and can finally read altariel's entry. I've only been planning to do so for oh, two years or so...
