In Beijing, he tried to win it for the third time in a row in an attempt to write history but got no further than a fifth place, though he actually improved his personal best. Which shows that developments in swimming go faster than mortal man can keep up with.
I feel sorry for Laszlo Cseh. He'd have grossed in gold medals if he hadn't been up against one Michael Phelps...
