Useless Trekking

wiseheartI've spent three days trying to hunt down any decent Star Trek Yahoo Groups or any decent Original Trek fic. So far, all listed groups are dedicated either to a specific pairing or to a militant pro-slash or anti-slash mentality or are dead in space with approximately 4.57 members. All Original Trek fic I've come about is Kirk/Spock slash so far, which is the only version I'd never be able to stomach.
I think I'm cursed in the Trekverse. At least Battlestar Galactica (my other pervert pleasure) has some decent fanfic sites. Of course, writing a monstre crossover between the two shows, I'd be in touble anyway...

Date: 2003-05-05 12:58 pm (UTC)I think that newsgroups in general are a lot busier than mailing lists, and can be a bit bewildering.
What you could do is post a message asking if anyone could direct you to some sites or mailing lists that are TOS specific. I'm sure there must be loads of stuff out there, it's just finding the right places.
