Some solid progress
Jan. 23rd, 2024 08:21 pmAgainst (the lack of) expectations, I've actually completed the inside of the front cover for both baby books. Look at them!
The boy version (again, a bit darker than the original, despite all the editing):

The girl version (the colours are better, but the left edge of the page somehow got cut off - I'm such a rubbish photographer!):

As you can see, the pattern and the design are basically identical, just the colours are different. On the boy version, the large tag contains the same baby statistics on the other side. On the girl version, the back of the tag is very princess-y. *g*
So, what else? Mum had a visit from the physiotherapist and I had choir practice. Those who had rewatched the record of the concert say that it actually sounded more than find, and no-one who didn't know the pieces spotted our mistakes, so that's good. Next gig is on April 21, when we'll partake in a choir festival to pay homage to the late László Csányi, one of the greatest conductors of the last century or so, and co-founder of the children's choir of the Hungarian Radio. I hope I can go, as we're singing funny pieces, together with our children's choir.
