Yep, they're actually taking shape. If I haven't qsted too much time already, that is.

But yes, the plan is to go to Cambrige with Mum around the end of June and meet altariel1 and the_wild_iris, if everything turns out according our hopes. Tomorrow, I'm going to the travel agency and ask them for the means we could get there by: most likely train, as we're both deadly afraid of flying and such a long bus ride would kill my legs for good. I still haven't recovered from language camp, and it only lasted a week.

I'm very excited about this possibility, as I've only been to Cambridge once before, and that only for two hours or so. With local friends, who can show one around, it's so much more fun, and we'll even have the time - or so I hope.

So, if any of you Brits happen to be there at the same time, I'd love to meet everyone.

And keep me posted about dates. I doubt I can get over there at that time and summer plane ticket prices, but you never know...

I'm hoping that I might manage to get there - but not sure due to the complications fo having to be in various places at various times, havign money and so on.
It seems likely that I might be able to get there, so tell me when you know dates etc. :)

We tried to figure out how to get there by train, but it seems horribly complicated. We have to change trains at least twice just to get to London, it seems, and then we still have to get to Cambridge itself. *sighs*

I'll go to the travel agency on Monday and see if there isn't any easier route, or we'll have to go by coach or by plane, after all.

Sounds very complicated by train, but I suppose it would be as it is a long way. Getting across London is always complicated as well. However, if you end up flying, if you can get flights to Stansted, there is a direct train to Cambridge (according to the website).

Travelling always seems much more ocmplicated to organise than it would appear to be at the start...
