Anyone else hating the new ways FF.Net hides the various filters (rating, character, word count, etc)?

It was so comfortable, having everything listed in the menu bar. Now we have to click on the stupid blue button, then figure out where the choices are... every time they change something, it becomes more complicated.

Of course, due to the shiny new changes some important functions aren't working at the moment. If you post a crossover, you can only add characters to one category, you can't edit the chapter titles, and probably a lot more crap I haven't even discovered yet.

Why on Earth must they always fix that which isn't broken?

Title: Precious Like Rubies
Author: Soledad

Fandom: Miss Marple/Sherlock BBC crossover, with a side dish of Animal Ark
Genre: Drama/Family
Rating: Teens, for now

Summary: Sherlock is dead and John needs a change of scenery. Will he get more than he bargained for?

Note: The very idea of this story is based on the fact that St Mary Mead’s resident GP, Dr. Haydock, used to have a partner named Dr Sandford. That almost sounds like Stamford who, of course, is a key “Sherlock” character, bringing John and Sherlock together in the first place. I thought I’d let Mike meddle a bit again and see what happens. To that end, I had to screw a bit with the Miss Marple timeline, planting the old lady in the Sherlock era. In everything else, I was following both canons as far as possible for this story to still work.

Main characters: Dr. John Watson, Miss Jane Marple, Mike Stamford, Dr Gerard Haydock (the local doc of St Mary Mead), Mary Morstan, Mycroft Holmes, Rev Leonard Clement, his wife Griselda, Mrs Hudson - the rest we'll see.

First chapter posted, linked to the story title. Enjoy!

Oh, and if you've got any suggestions or found any mistakes, please comment here, so that I can answer/correct/thank for them. :)Which doesn't mean that reviews on FF.Net aren't welcome. *hint, hint*
