Yay! Good luck. Ironically, in my household I set up the tech as my sister proclaims herself a Luddite. So I have to frantically google everything. My sister had some hardware problem with her laptop so she went to a local young fellow who had great google reviews. But when she got there, the laptop turned on without a problem. So he suggested she take her laptop for a little drive everytime the laptop played up, and that actually worked for another twelve months!
