Ich glaube nicht, daß Mutti Rohkost verdauen könnte — außer den Apfel. Im Kloster haben wir die Sellerie erst mal gekocht, so habe ich dasselbe versucht. Es ist nicht schlecht... nur nichts Besonderes.
