19th anniversary

Today is my 19th anniversary with LJ. The LJ team sent me a virtual gift to celebrate. I feel so appreciated. :)

Otherwise, it was a quiet day. I did a lot of crafting. The back covers of the twin quiet books are basically done; that is, the pages themselves are finished, and Eeyore now can move across his grassy patch with the help of a string. Now I'll have to stitch the covers together with the corresponding castle puzzle pages and frame them, which will be long and boring, but I hope to finish it somewhen during this week. Then I'll attack the deep sea page. Or the Velcro-heavy outline-recognition page. These two are the ones still left.

Also, Mum and I discussed the issue and decided that tomorrow I'll give choir practice a try. My friend Eenie says that there are few people attending right now; plus, the weather is good enough to leave the windows open, and besides, when we start, the children are no longer inside the school building, so... I think I'll risk it. I need to get at least a small slice of my life back before I'll go mad.

I hope all goes well for you in the choir. I'm afraid my church had to cancel an Easter event because most of the choir came down with the dreaded bug.

Well, we were 10 people altogether, including the conductor and the piano player, with all windows open in a large classroom, so I'm trying to be optimistic.
