Discouraging

My friend Evie went to the hospital for a (non Covid-related) blood test. She overheard the nurses discussing the fact that 90% of all people who are tested for Covid test positive. Of course, none of this gets mentioned in the media. What we don't talk about doesn't exist, right?

Other than that, we had the usual cleaning frenzy today, and I made a food run, so that I won't have to leave the house until Friday. I don't intend to, either.

I've made the main photo mats for the original baby book, but I'm not happy with the outcome. I'll have to remove the sticker numbers and replace them with something less... garish. We'll see.

The numbers here are awful. I only allow myself to check the news once a day, I was becoming so distraught reading current events. Still, there’s something even more frightening about having the numbers hidden. That sounds awful.
