Granted, it was an experiment. The hubby of a friend is a diabetic, and I wanted to include them into the Christmas baking. So I bought all the fancy ingredients and gave the cookies a trial run. Only that I made them with sugar instead of Erythrin (0-calory sweetener), since I wanted to save that for the real item. Which might have been part of the problem. These sweeteners are, oddly enough, often much sweeter than sugar. Ah, well, the recipients will get the version with the sweetener, so I hope they'll like it.
I was also busy crafting-wise. Behold Christmas cards #13-16:

And I cooked lunch. That was it for today. Since I've given away half the healthy sawdust cookies to the neighbours (one of whom is really into this kind of stuff, so it wasn't entirely mean-spirited from my side), I can bake some savoury cheesy buns tomorrow. *g*
