That is what I cooked today. I put together a quick and easy, idiot proof recipe from several way too complicated ones, and the result was very yummy.

I also worked on the baby book a great deal, shared the recipe with several colleagues who were interested, and am now watching Zuhause im Glück - with breaks to browse the Net in-between.

It is a slow day, but there have to be ones like this, too. Besides, i had three lovely phone conversations with nice colleagues plus a wonderful e-card from lindahoyland to cheer up my day, so I really can't complain.

It was very yummy. Even though I make it without wine and Parmesan. I use Emmenthaler instead and a few drops of Balsamico.

So do I. I mean, it gets eaten in 10-20 minutes anyway, why should I slave over a hot oven for half a day?
