I actually had a good couple of days (despite the toe accident). I've finished translating the third chapter of "The Billion Year Voyage" and started working on Chapter 4. And the story has rather long chapters, 12-15 pages each!

Also, re-watching the "Blood Ties" series spawned a new story, set in my "Pathways in the Dark" vampire crossover universe. I've written some six pages in the last two days. It's supposed to be a one-shot, but I've thought that before and only realized my mistake around Chapter 15 or so... *g*

Anyway, this is a crossover between "Blood Ties" and my "Pathways" universe, which includes the Buffyverse and TV shows like "Kindred: the Embraced", "Poltergeist: the Legacy", "Charmed", "Moonlight" and such not vampire related ones like "Criminal Minds", "Queer as Folk US" and a few I can't even remember right now. I like to say that "Pathways" is the AU that keeps eating new fandoms at every new turn. It is loosely based on the "Kindred: the Embraced" canon, which itself is rather loosely based on the "Vampire: the Masquerade" role-playing game, so I adopted a few game characters as well.

The new story that is temporarily (and rather unimaginatively) titled "Kindred Spirits" features one of these characters, plus Henry Fitzroy from "Blood Ties" and Prue and Phoebe Halliwell from "Charmed", although canon has left the building right at the beginning where "Charmed" is concerned. It takes place shortly after "Blood Ties" ended and is some sort of fix-it thing, assuming it turns out the way I've imagined. We'll see.

Other than that, I had three phone chats, one of them over an hour long, and exchanged quite a number of e-mails and one text message. I think that's sufficient social life for one day in the quarantine.

I know. That's always a serious danger. Characters often do something else than what I've envisioned.

Edited because my head doesn't work properly today.
