I've finished typing up Chapter 9 of "The Sins of the Mothers".
Then I baked a cheesecake.
Then I trimmed a whole page of the Dollhouse quiet book.
Then I cooked lunch.

Now I am ready to watch the German version of TGBBO. I think I deserve it. ;))

Busy day! I love that show. I've watched all the episodes available on Netflix over and over:)

Truth be told, I stopped watching it after Mary Berry, Sue and Mel quit. The new characters just don't do it for me. Plus, I always preferred the German version, the jurors are a lot more humane.

It was an adjustment to get used to the new people, especially the first season they were on. It was such a shock when I learned Mary Berry, Sue and Mel left.

There's an American version, with Paul Hollywood and Sherry (last name not remembered) as judges and hosts Adam and Emma. I think the British contestants are, overall, more kind-spirited than some of the American contestants!

Quite a productive day, of the good variety! I loved the original TGBBO, did not know they have an American version.

I think it was Paul Hollywood's attempt to milk the franchise as much as possible. I haven't seen the American version, but since Hollywood was the judge I liked less, I can live with the loss. *g*
