wiseheart: (Valinor by Ted Nasmith)

My dear young colleague, A, came by with her hubby today to fetch the Advent decoration I made for her classroom. For those who don't remember what I'm talking about, it is this:

She also viewed my teddies, some of them still half-done, and asked for Bärli #2 as a Christmas present. I usually give a selection of cookies to my friends, but since A has developed serious allergies to just about everything, I asked her if she'd accept a plushie instead, and she was happy enough to do so. I'm relieved. I like her very much and didn't want her to be left out, just because she can't eat anything save diluted water in these days, the poor dear.

Pictures about the new teddies and the Santa socks coming up, soon.

I'm really glad she did because I was out of ideas. :)

I love that advent decoration, it's perfect for a classroom! She's going to lover her plushie too.

She's a lovely person; so happy about small things, it's a good personality trait.

The Advent decoration turned out nicely :o) It is a shame your friend has such a limited diet, but I am sure she will love the Teddy, who wouldn't, they are super cute!

Thanks. I usually give away gift packages of home-made cookies, but since she isn't allowed to eat them...
