Actual social life, yay!

wiseheartI was invited over by a young colleague of mine to her place today. We had a really nice time, with her and her husband, the three of us. Hubby is a teacher, too - how very not surprising. Very nice bloke, though, this was the first time that I met him. E. baked a nice pie, with walnuts and apricot jam and even packed a piece for Mum who couldn't come with me because she was waiting for the postman to deliver her old age pension. Mine comes directly to my account. I'm a lazy git.
In the afternoon Mum wanted to go to church, so I did some shopping while she was there. I also bought another batch of crafting supplies today because I've discovered the wonders of quiet books, so several Christmas presents are already firmly in the planning. Yes, I'm insane, I think we've already established that fact. Repeatedly.
