Baby Book "Boy"
Jun. 6th, 2019 07:48 pmSo, I've finished a quick and relatively easy baby journal for a colleague (the one I went to Vienna with), who is looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild: a baby boy.
The front cover:

The rest of the pics are behind the tag.
Firstly, the both sides of the accordeon card I made for the left side of the journal cover:

Three inside photos with the pop-up cards closed/opened:
And finally a detail view from the second card above, where the flap is opened upwards:

The actual colours are a shade or two paler, not so harsh as in the pictures; I've over-edited them again, I'm afraid, in order to make the details more visible.
Also, to mention a funny detail: I planned to make two baby boy journals, as Baby Emma's little cousin is due to be born in a couple of months. Only that the mother went to her check-up and it seems they're going to have a girl, too! A good thing I haven't got too far into the second album and can it turn around... or put it aside for Baby Emma's big brother, who's turning four in September, as it has Vikings and little monsters on it, and make a new one for the new girl. *g*
