Today I finished the 3rd unit of Baby Emma's journal. I'm quite please with the outcome, although I'm running out of ideas.I'll have to watch some more YouTube videos, apparently. *g*

*click on the photos to enlarge, as always*

The same picture as above, with the accordeon card opened:

Once I'm finished with the whole thing, I'll repost the photos, arranged by units, so that those who want can see what the individual units look like, page by page.

How many more pages do you need? Or ... do you plan to make?

Errr... I'm not sure. There are a couple of them already done for the last two units, and I've cheated in all four, by gluing a few pages together. The official reasoning is that they'll hold better that way; the truth is a bit more mundane. Ideas and fitting paper are running low at the moment. And I haven't even started with that pale pink Raffaello bouquet I also intend to make for the young mother-to-be.

Well, I have the Raffaellos, the paper and the other ingredients. I haven't given up hope yet that they will one night move together miraculously, but I know how likely that is to happen.

I see you're having fun in Spain. Your pictures are beautiful!

Thank you. :)
I'm really happy this project has been on the roll for a couple of days by now. I might even finish it by the deadline - with a little bit of cheating and a great deal of luck!

It is lovely - I'm sure baby Emma and her parents will value it for many, many years.

Okay, so you answered my question from your last posting ---The design of the baby book pages comes from your imagination! So impressive, you are really an artist. Baby Emma and family will truly have a keepsake.

Well, to be completely honest, I did use quite a few ideas I found on YouTube, just not the same way. The basics are mostly the same, it's the combination of the elements that makes the journal personal.
