A better baking day

wiseheartMy student cancelled today's lesson because she caught a cold, so I thought I'd use the unexpected free time and gave my coconut lambs a try. This is another recipe I've made countless times, but after last time I wasn't so sure about anything anymore.
Fortunately, this time was a better one:
The lambets are cute; my only regret was that both my red and pink icing has dried into the tube beyond help, so I had to give them brown mouths. Ah, well, let's assume they had cocoa for breakfast. *g*
