The last dollies

Apologies for the quality of the photo - as my iPad is still in the neighbourhood, I had to take this one with my camera, and it's very hard to take good pictures of small things with it.

Anyway, here is the last batch of the girls:



They turned out rather girly, haven't they? I didn't intend to use bows for every single one, but that was what fit colour-wise best, so I thought - why not?

I would like to see pictures, eventually. What was the problem with the obi? I just wrapped a strip of paper around the doll and folded another strip twice and glued to the back.

I didn't give it a tail. I was just working with your drawing and didn't reference back to the images. It was my fault. I made it out of scrap paper I had lying around because I didn't want to waste the good stuff until I got my head wrapped around what I was doing.

You know, you can simply add a large paper bow to the back instead of the tail, that would be authentic, too - perhaps even more so.

That's true. I remember the elaborate bow they tied in TBG's obi when he got his yukata.
