My Dwarves

wiseheartPosting The Book of Mazarbul to AO3 has brought me back to my Dwarves. And while I despise many of the choices PJ made in the Hobbit films, some of the original concepts were really spectacular and I chose those images when I wrote.
So, meet a film!Thorin I could have accepted a lot easier:
Still Richard Armitage, but aged a bit so that it would fit Thorin's actual age much better, don't you think?
And then a truly venerable Baling whom I would have bought the Lord of Moria act in a moment:
And this is my female Bifur, disguised as a male toymaker prior to the Quest of Erebor:

Sorry I couldn't insert that picture. It isn't a very good one, I might make a cut-out myself one day, but I do find her exotic and beautiful and that's why I made Óin fall in undying love with her. *g* She's the first one in the second row, btw, with the black hair and beard and the black tattoos in her face.
And, of course, the Lady Dís at her most impressive:
