The stupid browser is really getting on my nerves! That it refuses to connect to Outlook in irregular intervals I'm getting used to. But today I tried to visit AO3 and got the following message:

My somewhat outdated Internet Explorer doesn't seem to have the same problem. Nor does my iPad that uses Safari by default. Last time stupid Firefox did the same with Google! I don't remember what the excuse was, but I honestly couldn't connect Google!

Interestingly enough the Firefox browser we use at school doesn't do it, either. So it might be something in the Kaspersky Total Security antivirus program that I should simply disable, or I'm really cursed. *facepalm*

Hmmm could be, this has me puzzled, too. AO3 has been weird for me all weekend but that has been on AO3's end, nothing with lacking authentification or such.

Odd. I can use it on IE without any problems. So far... *fingers crossed*

This is just not my day, apparently. My Quarkkuchen has just fallen to pieces a few minutes ago. Apparently, the strawberries, blueberries and kiwis I put into it were too juicy or whatnot.

Well, I use AO3 mostly on Chrome these days. But it could be an overzealous antivirus thing - I know I have this problem on my phone a lot, with my phone's antivirus making it impossible for me to get to completely normal pages.

Uuuuuugh sorry about the cake. Really not your day. I hope it's tasty anyway.

If Kaspersky keeps doing this, I'll have to bother my neighbour who gets it for me; completely legally, mind you, I pay for it and everything, he just orders and installs it because I'm way too stupid. *sigh*

Yeah, I hope the cake will be at least tasty. I'll tell you after it has cooled down enough so that we can eat it from the tin with a spoon.

Yeah, you might have to. At least you have written down what the exact error message is, that should make it easier. Sad to say, I've yet to find a fix for this problem on my smartphone but I'm sure there are ways, you just... Gotta know how.

Awww yes thanks for the cake pic! It looks very nice now!

And hey, in expensive hipster restaurants they have all these strange ways of serving food, so you can just pretend that serving the cake in the tin to be spooned out is your own hipster way to serve it!

That sounds so annoying. I’ve been having trouble logging on to a03 all today, and last night too. I am not getting weird messages, I just can’t get to the site.
Your Quarkkuchen sounds delicious. My favourite fruits. I’m sure it will taste lovely.

Oh, it is delicious. It just looks like this, the poor thing:

Image (https://i.pinimg.com/originals/a4/12/6b/a4126bd5bba047ca03b6d9c06b6e8b30.jpg)

And it fell apart when I tried to cut it. So I put a cake ring around it and let it rest in the fridge during the night, and now it's fairly okay. I think I should have left it cool in the tin completely before I started massacring it, but since the cake didn't behave this way when I made it with apples, apricots, peaches or frozen raspberries, I didn't expect any problems. Too much juice in the fruits, I guess.

As for Firefox, I opened my antivirus programme and cleaned out all unused data and now the thing is willing to connect to AO3. Go figure. I just hope that it keeps doing it every time. *fingers crossed*
