Our school's 50 years old this year and we'll have a series of (completely overblown and fairly unnecessary) celebrations in the upcoming week. Starting with Saturday, when we're having a big get-together with retired colleagues and ex-students and so on. I got assigned to a theme room called "the 1970s", and it inspired me to bake some retro recipes for my stressed-out colleagues, so that they can sneak up to said room between two bouts of clowning around and have some Leckerlis, which we'll be hiding in a cupboard from the not-initiated. *g*

That is a very good plan! I hope you get through all that fancy nonsense alright. Sounds like it's mostly a lot of extra work for you teachers but hopefully it'll be somewhat enjoyable as well.

Thank you. :) I found myself making quite a few of these lately. We'll use them as decoration for our retro room on the 50th-year-anniversary of our school, and later I'll give them away, eventually.
