I've finished the recipe-collecting journal for a beloved young colleague who's just trying her hand on baking. It is a simple envelope journal, put together in such manner that she'll be able to stick the recipes she collects into the envelopes themselves. I divided the journal in sections like kneaded dough recipes, muffins, festive cakes, biscuits and the likes.

I apologize for the quality of the pictures. The Pinterest app is acting up and won't let me upload directly from my iPad, which means I have to mail the pics to myself, then enlarge them, though which they lose much of the focus... *sigh*

I hope so. She's half my age, and it isn't always easy to match the taste of the young generation.
