A bit more crafting

I'm currently trying out new card-making techniques. I made a so-called flipping card or waterfall card, and this one I'll upload directly from my PC, I'm so happy with it. I decorated it with elements from a shabby chic paper set that I got from a colleague for my last birthday. I think it's cute. See for yourself:



I hope it posts - ever since Pinterest got insane with not having insert new pics from there, I tend to be a bit anxious. More pics about the same card, with details, can be found on my Pinterest board, the My Journals and Cards section, here:

I also made a heart lock accordion card, which you also can view by clicking on the link above. I'm not so happy with that one - I don't think I'll ever make another one. But it was interesting to try out the method.

Thank you, although the most credit must go to that shabby chic paper set. Yes, I know it's more than a little kitschy, but there is kitsch and there is kitsch, and this one is the vintage kind of it. *g*
