Bye, 2017 - Welcome, 2018!

I might post a summary of the year almost gone a bit later - but again, I might not. It was a rather ambivalent year. On the one hand, I was relatively healthy and so was Mum, and nothing bad happened to us, which is great and I thank God every day for it.

On the other hand, I didn't achieve much, either professionally, or in the writing area, so that was not all that good. I had high hopes for Christmas break, but of course I had to get that stupid cold again and was barking at the Moon the whole time, so I couldn't really catch up with my long overdue stuff. But, well, one can't have everything, right?

So, here it is to 2018 - may the Higher Powers, regardless under what name we honour them, protect us in the next year and keep bad things from us. Wishing you all the best and hope to see you here again!

Don't be so hard on yourself, think of the things you did manage to do! Everything adds up. And of course in 2018 we're all going to be perfect :)
