I don't know about the popularity part, though. Other people receive much more comments for less than half as many entries - but that isn't the point, is it? Too bad that I'm too stupid to have the funny picture added, but the data speak for themselves.

In any case, the previous entry was #3000, which is quite the feat in less than 15 years, right? So if someone would feel inclined to gift some paid LJ time upon me, I'd be grateful. My paid account runs out in April 2018, and I still haven't figured out how to buy myself more paid time from the rock out under which I live and had to depend on my anonymous - or not always anonymous - benefactors all the time.

That would be nice indeed. Since we live so ungodly far apart, this is the only way to know what my friends in far-away countries are up to; if they're healthy, if everything is all right with them. I find it sad that so many people abandoned LJ. I understand their reasons, but let's face it, DW is a fairly dead place, not really what everyone hoped for when they started the Great Migration (TM).

I definitely intend to continue with the baking and crafts reports, although Pinterest seems not to show the large version of the uploaded photos anymore, and the small versions can't be inserted into LJ posts. So I'll have to post link instead of pictures in the future.
