I've managed to hint the wrong button over at DW and thus deleted all the saved comments that DW regularly puts into the inbox aside from e-mailing it to its users. Grrr! It's not the first time I did something so stupid, but considering that those were sammydragoncat's lovely reviews to "Adventures of a Consulting Time Lord", it is doubly annoying.

I'm really not a digitally savvy person, I'm afraid. I can't even buy things online, and now that insurance companies and every possible authority switches to online business, I'm really, really lost. I think I'll have to ask one of the young colleagues to sit down with me and help me with activating my passwords and learning how to deal with the whole shit. I find it mean that they don't think of us, senior citizens who weren't born with a keyboard between our as-yet nonexistent teeth. *sigh*

Thanks. I've just tried to access the customer portal via the ID and the temporary password they sent me. Tried half a dozen times, in fact. All I got was a red label saying "incorrect password or ID". I swear, I typed in the right ones every single time, and checked twice before that they were the ones they had sent me. I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service and got an automated response, so at least I did that right. Now I'm waiting...
