The many uses of puff pastry

Just a small collection of delicious baked goods I've made using ready-made puff pastry in the past couple of months.

I recommend always keeping a package of puff pastry in the freezer. It makes baking so very easy.

I think I need to buy some frozen puff pastry, that looks so good and making puff pastry from scratch is just too much trouble.
