Last but not least: friendly IT neighbour was here last night, brought my fancy new flat screen and copied my old HD onto the new one. Now I only hope I'll be able to deal with Windows 7 on my own. The next planned step is to type up some corrections to Kansas 2 as well as the final chapters to Arthur's Quest. Too bad that school restarts tomorrow.

Thanks. We use it at work, too, so it isn't entirely unknown to me. I still preferred XP, though.

Just much uglier and a lot less convenient in certain details. My eyes don't like it at all.
