Warning: fanfic theft!

I've been kindly warned by someone I haven't known before that some of my entries were reposted to a website I've also never heard of before. The whole thing is much better explained here:

than I could ever hope to do, and yes, the original poster gave permission to everyone to link to their entry, so go and see what it is about and follow the instructions if you think you need to, even as a preemptive measure.

Yeah, I've been dealing with this idiot nearly a week, they snagged 97 of my posts, mostly off torchwoodcoffee and after I got them taken down and told whoever it was never to re-post my posts again, they took another one. Now I have to avoid using the 'fanfic' tags on torchwoodcoffee or my posts STILL get re-posted against my wishes, because I don't own the community and therefore this individual won't exclude it. Tried contacting the mods but they don't seem to be online these days. I'm practically the only one who posts there most weeks anyway.

Wish there was a way to get this person's site shut down completely.

They actually snagged two of my personal journal entries, in which I announced a new story or wrote about my writing process and stuff, just because they were tagged with 'fanfic'! Unbelievable! Now I've changed the tag 'fanfic' to 'stories'... not happy about it, though, as it doesn't really mean the same, and it pisses me off that I'm the one who have to change things, although it's my privacy that has been violated.

I know! It's like having someone you don't know walk into your house, take something of yours and put it on display in their own house!

This person needs to be stopped, I just don't know how that can be done.

There is a problem with detection of author in community posts for now. I going to fix this this. Sorry for that.

Wow - what a shitty thing for them to be doing! They don't seem to have got mine - possibly because so little is actually posted to my journal or comms. I hope they get stopped soon!
