Off to Vienna tomorrow

Just for a single day, as the hotel where we usually stay didn't have any vacancies. Still, it's better than sitting at home and trying to avoid all the brouhaha concerning the national holiday.

It was a great day - even though just a bit tiring, as Mum's legs are hurting more often nowadays than before, and that makes such day-long trips more than a challenge for us both. But she enjoyed herself nonetheless, and so did I - we both love Vienna.

Now we're considering going to London next summer. She loves London almost as much as she loves Vienna, and who knows how long she'll be able to go abroad with me, so we'll have to use the time while we still have it, right?

I'm glad you had a good time. When I went to London ro see the sights I went round in taxis as I can't walk far.
