In which we get to visit Thorin's city in the Blue Mountains and can see that he has indeed built a good life for his people. Lofar - a semi-canon character fro HoME VI makes an appearance and Bifur is reunited with Old Tyrfingr, learning why their old leech had to leave the caravan.
