Back from Vienna

So, here I am again, just in time for LJ's big fail #8-billion-and-some. We had a wonderful time, the weather cooperated, I bought lots of DVDs, and we went to the Heindl chocolate museum, too. I'll try to make a more coherent entry later, I just wanted to say hello.

yes, lj is being idiotic again - I hate the fact that my friends page suddenly changed without warning (not all the way to the new version) and now seems to crash even more than before

My friends page hasn't changed yet, it only offers me to switch to the new version if I want (which I don't). But since they've put up the new update version, I can't update my journal from my laptop, which has an lder borwser. And since two days, LJ tells me very time I update that my password is too easy to guess and that I should change it. Not gonna happen. It was good enough for 9 years, I'm used to it, and that's it.

I wish I could get myself a paid account on DW and just move over. This is getting way beyond annoying here. The stupid part is, I could actually afford to pay, I just can't get the money to them. *sighs*
