otherworlds_lib, DW and IJ, as usual. Don't want to spoil anyone's reading pleasure, so I'm only saying that there's a mighty twist in that last chapter. *hint, hint*
Also, with frequent updates in-between, "The Adventures of a Consulting Time Lord" now has reached the same point on FF.Net and its own DW community. I've put up Chapter 10, featuring Ianto at his best butler form, Mike Stamford being "invited" into Mycroft's car, and, of course, the Man himself. *g* Further updates will happen once in a week, in both places.
