Disheartened

wiseheartMy poor stories aren't doing well - neither on LJ, nor on FF.Net.
The last two chapters of "Adventures of a Consulting Time Lord" got exactly one review each, courtesy of the most generous![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Chapter 8 of "Atonement" got 2 reviews on FF.Net, 2 on Dreamwidth (withjenn_calaelen and another steady reader soldiering on, God bless them), and only 3 on LJ. Well, considering the lack of Gwen-bashing probably explains why the antigwennites have lost interest, but it's still depressing.
Perhaps I should disable comments wherever I can. That way, I could pretend that the lack of feedback doesn't automatically mean the lack of interest and live happily in my own cloud palace in Wolkenkuckucksheim.
Or perhaps I should simply take all my stuff offline, delete all my accounts and return to writing for my desk drawer. Before all the disappointment becomes too much.
